Prices in US dollars (USD). Billed per studio; solo artists use a personal studio automatically.
Free forever — browse designs, save favourites, and request bookings. No Nicenails subscription or listing fees.
Start on Hobby at no cost. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise when you need more published designs in the catalog.
Drafts, bookings, portfolio photos, and discovery are included on every plan. A “published design” is a design live in the catalog — drafts do not count toward your cap.
$0
Default for every studio member. Great for getting started.
US$15 / seat / month
Per-seat upgrade for artists who need a larger catalog.
US$99 / studio / month
Unlimited catalog for the whole team — best for busy salons.
Nicenails bills the studio, not individual customers. Every artist belongs to a studio — solo artists have a personal studio automatically.
Solo artists get a personal studio. Salons share one studio with multiple members and roles.
The studio owner purchases Pro seats or Enterprise. Admins can assign Pro seats to members; only the owner completes checkout.
Published design caps count against whoever owns the listing (the bookable artist), not who uploaded the draft.
Example: A six-chair salon on Hobby — everyone can publish up to five designs. The owner buys two Pro seats (US$30/mo) for their busiest artists (50 each); the other four stay on Hobby. Need unlimited for everyone? Enterprise at US$99/studio/mo beats seven Pro seats on price alone.
No. Browsing, saving designs, and requesting bookings are free for customers.
Published catalog designs only. Drafts are unlimited and do not count toward your cap.
No. You have a personal studio. Start on Hobby (five published designs); upgrade to Pro when you need more. Enterprise is for larger teams that want unlimited catalog for everyone.
Yes. Pro is per seat. The owner buys seats and assigns them to specific members. Everyone else stays on Hobby unless you upgrade to Enterprise.
In a shared studio, the owner buys and assigns Pro seats. If you hit your limit, ask your studio owner to upgrade the plan or assign you a seat. Solo artists are the studio owner and manage their own plan.
You have one global publish count as a listing artist. Your cap is the best entitlement across your active studio memberships (Enterprise anywhere means unlimited).
Publish is blocked in the app until you upgrade, unpublish a design, or your owner assigns you a Pro seat.
In the app: Account → Studio plan (studio owners). You can also email info@nicenailsapp.com for Enterprise or if in-app billing is not yet enabled for your studio.
