Claim a customer invitation

A Nicenails customer shared this link so your studio can respond to their design request. Install Nicenails, sign in as an artist, then enter their code inside the app.

Your code

After you install Nicenails, open Account → Studios → your studio → Claim customer outreach and paste this code (or this page’s link).

  1. Download Nicenails (App Store or Google Play below) and create an artist account.
  2. Create or join a studio — catalog designs always live under your studio workspace.
  3. Open Account → Studios → your studio, then use Claim customer outreach. Paste the full link from SMS/email or the short code the customer wrote down — same field.

On some phones, opening this page may offer to jump straight into the app. If not, use the short code your customer gave you, or paste this page’s link, in Account → Studios → Claim customer outreach after you install.
