Delete your Nicenails account or data

How to request deletion

Email info@nicenailsapp.com from the same email address linked to your Nicenails account, with the subject line: Delete my Nicenails account (full deletion) or Delete some of my Nicenails data (partial deletion).

If you cannot email from your account address, include enough details for us to verify ownership (for example your profile name and recent activity). We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

For partial deletion requests, tell us exactly what you want removed (for example profile photos, portfolio images, reviews, or other specific content) so we can assess and process your request accurately.

What we delete

• Your app account profile and authentication linkage in our systems.
• User-generated profile data and media that is not legally required to be retained.
• Access tokens/sessions associated with your account.

Where requested and applicable, we may also process partial deletion of specific data categories without closing the entire account.

What we may retain

• Records required by law, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or dispute handling obligations.
• Operational backups for a limited period before normal rotation/deletion.
• De-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable New Zealand law.
